Step 3: If you have any questions to our response, just ask on the same page and we will address your questions in sequence.    

We will respond to questions on a "First Come First Served" basis in general. If you have a question, you can simply raise it which will be “queued” after all un-responded questions that have been asked by other users. We will get to your question in sequence. All un-responded questions are marked in red and form a “red” line on top of all responded questions, which are marked in green and form a “green” line. If your question is responded, it becomes green and will drop out of the “red” line but form a “green” line.  

You can check the status of your questions at the “My Questions” page after you have signed in, where you will see all your questions asked. If you need further explanation to a responded question, you may simply raise you question again and then the question will be marked red again and will be “queued” at the bottom of the “red” line and we will get to it by sequence.   

However, while we are making our best to respond as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee any timeline and we would appreciate your patience.
