  Question title : lucky draw
  Question:

We want to promote our company’s product by using some form of lucky draw. Our customers, whenever they buy our products, will put their name cards with us. We will draw one name card to award a trip to San Ya. Is there anything we should be aware of?

In China, when a business intends to award prizes to consumers to promote its services or products, the amount of the prize cannot exceed RMB 5,000 where the prize is made to anyone randomly selected from those having purchased goods or services.

It will be a form of lottery if the purpose of setting up the contest is to profit from the entry fee and the prize is given out randomly. In China, lottery is strictly regulated and only a few lotteries have been approved by the authority, including the national sports lottery and the national welfare lottery.
